Returns & Exchanges

Hanifa accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Please note that sale items and select limited drops are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for your records to track the transit of your return.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue your store credit via electronic gift card within 5-7 business days.
